Just wanting to remind everyone to read the Terms and Conditions before deposting money anywhere. I just found out I didn't meet my side of the terms when I tried to cash out, so I can't get my money and it's my own fault.

Good for you not blaming the casino - I have seen players raise all kinds of stink because they did not read the T&Cs first. Every casino has it's own terms concerning amounts deposited before a withdrawal can be made, and every player has an obligation to read those T&Cs before they bet money. Once your side of the obligations have been met, you will have no problem cashing out your winnings - just be sure you are dealing with a casino that has certification. C.C.

cptncook is right, T&Cs must be met.
Plus, I don't even bother with offered bonuses because of the stipulations that come with them.
And you won't get your money back even if you have met T&Cs if you have signed on to a rogue casino - always research before entering a contract! If an online casino does not have certification, there is a good reason!
My roommate tried to cash out a large winning, after having played at a certain casino for over a year both depositing and withdrawing. But when he won big, they said they did not have to pay because he was American and online gambling is illegal in the U.S. They were happy to take his American money while he was losing, though!
If a casino is shady, you can bet (ha, ha - no pun intended) that someone, somewhere on the internet is talking about it.

fl42vz, being an innocent victim is bad enough, but being a victim by your own hand really stings. Sorry for your misfortune, but thank you for reminding everyone that we each have a responsibility entering casino contracts.
Every casino property listed at Online Casino Suite is certified, and any complaints against them are monitored. We watch to see how they are handled, if correspondence is swift and fair, and we remove properties that will not conduct themselves legally - and there are a shameful lot of them. There are also many affiliates who will market rogue casinos - they have no concern for players who sign on and then are treated badly. Those affiliates don't stop to think that if players are treated unfairly, eventually the affiliate will likewise be treated unfairly by rogue casinos.
Until there is ENFORCEABLE international law, players depend on communities like this to weed out the good and bad.
You very likely were playing with a legitimate casino, but rules are rules and both sides must meet their obligations. You have gained much by facing your responsibility to comply with the contract, and any future gaming for you will be entered with a full understanding of the Terms and Conditions since you have had this experience. Thanks for sharing your hard-learned lesson with our readers.

Seems that if an online casino will not pay because someone is an American, they should refund all the American players their deposits and not accept American players from the get-go.
They accepted American money, they paid out American money, but now will not pay because the winning is large? Rogue written all over it! Gabe
